Would I need to pre-lighten my hair to get the desired results?

If you have darker hair and you wish to get lighter or pop shades; it is advisable to use a per-lightener to get the shade as on the pack. If you just need some subtle tint of the colour, go ahead with pre-lightening

Streaks ruined my hair

Yesterday I bought the dye, and I use hair dye all the time and I read the instructions thoroughly. I mixed the dye according to instructions and I even did a dye patch test. I put the dye on and the smell was so strong, I thought is this a dye? I still have the box. While washing my hair, my hair started falling out in clumps. My hair was healthy and thick before this dreadful dye. I can't tell you my shock and what stress I felt. I just panicked and it took me half an hour to get this dye completely out of my hair. I have never experienced a dye that has done this. My hair is extremely thin now. You can see my scalp. I am disappointed and disgusted at this dye. This review may be deleted and ignored. Never bye this product. The dye has ruined my confidence and life. This product should be taken off the market. I have a copy of this review so please don't ignore this review, thank you.
