Worst color shampoo product and customer care services

I used color hair shampoo.
Got immediately itching and while I washed quickly,skin between ear and eyes got red .

Try to contact with customer care many times in the day, but no response.
Now still my skin is not normal even after 2 days.

First of all product is really great. My mother used it for the very first time in April and she had few grey hairs. This product made her hairs shinier and bright looking. But the great and amazing thing is she didn't had to use this product as her hairs are black since then. They changed her hairs permanently to black.
